Robot Wars is filmed in the
UK. As well as the show being shown in over 45 countries world wide, many
countries have their own championships and series.
Two special series of Robot
Wars were made for US viewers and shown on the TNN Network television in
America. These were known as Robot Wars Extreme Warriors. The first series
was made in early 2001 and the second one was made in January 2002 and I
was lucky enough to go and see the recordings of this one. Click

As well as these American
shows made just for the US, there have also been many US robots featuring
in the World Championships
and also in special Robot Wars shows such as UK Vs USA and the War of
Independence made for UK television. These special battles featured in
such shows as the World
Championships and The Seventh Wars. They
also made a Christmas Special episode of Robot Wars featuring UK robots
battling against the US. It was shown on UK television. Click
