got the drills and i'm planning on modifying them on Tuesday i'm also hopefully getting a radio set next week

Got bored so I decided to modify the drills. There were a few problems but I got there

Yeah the trick i've found out is that it is so much easier to get the chuck off before getting the motor setup out of the drill. Still doable but with more hassle to have the chuck on. But nowadays i could slaughter them in my sleep :P

Remember you will need to keep the reverse thread screws that went in the chuck end mate.

have done and 1 of the batteries just died doesn't charge or anything

I read stories about that, I tested all the batteries before dismantling the drills. If it gets to the stage that you need them for use in your robot once its built there will probably be someone on here who has them going spare.

probably the thing is it worked yesterday when i bought the drills and tested them so i'm not sure. Also one of the drills seem to be faster than the other one i'm not sure about that either
