    On Dinah we used longer bolts than was supplied with extra nuts to act as pillars thus creating a gap between the polycarb and the controller.

    As Paul said, its best to give them abit of spring..

    360s is mounted on a piece of titanium that can flex, then bolted to that through the mounting holes with rubber mounts underneath (you can get a pack of 50 for a few pounds from maplin) Never had a problem with mine.

    Id suggest you put abit of silicone glue or somthing across were the R/X cables come out of the board, as over time they will get pulled and the insulation with pull away from the wire and get close to shorting out, Just makes it abit safer.
