Did those A123 packs come from Battlepacks Tom? Do they have balancing leads?

We bought the cells straight from A123 industries. There are 18 packs of 10 cells divided into 5 in order to balance. (Every pack needs two balancers). Any other questions, do not hesitate to ask!

What changes are U going to be making to G-Spec thatll make it different to the other Kan-Opener incarnations U have used?

New batteries obviously, new armour, refined chassis design. Trials on new wheels and tinkering with the hydraulics, as we will be able to run full pressure with the new strengthened chassis design.

Testing for the afternoon today, new chargers and balancers seem to be working affectively and look mighty neat. The Bosches are fast at 33v, a tweak in the exponentials me thinks!

The new-machined brackets that hold the jaws are also looking pretty snazzy as well!

Which chargers and balancers are you using with these packs?

Do you intend to run a different pump setup in the G-Spec or run closer to the 4000psi mark?

We used to run a smaller pump but found that the flow was not quick enough and we were loosing our prey! So we will hopefully be increasing the pressure but at the same time having the speed to the Jaws as well.

How well this works will depend on the strength of the chassis and Jaws (which are new, forgot about them

) and the ability of the new batteries to supply sufficient current to the Lem pump motor.
