Internal structure and sides are printed nylon. I've got standoffs pressed into the chassis that connect the top and bottom ti plates.

Just need to get the bar recut (it drifted during waterjetting) and the bot will be done. Weight is 135g without the bar, aiming for 12.25g for the bar, which leaves 2.75g for a yet to be released power switch that I'm planning to add down the line.

intresting that the best hit appears to come from a NON max speed power hit.

Yeah, I think it's mainly a weapon bite issue. I'm guessing the bar is spinning at around 10,000rpm (tach'd at 12,000 without the bar) so you've only got about .003s between each half revolution, so there's not a lot of impact depth. Half the speed doubles the maximum bite, and it's still at a pretty high speed, though I imagine the sweet spot will shift a bit depending on the opponent and closing velocity.

Also impressed! And a great example of how important bite is.

    Cool, thanks for sharing.

Neat idea putting the standoffs in the printed chassis.
