electronize switcher wiring help?

hi all

i just bought an electronize 2 channel switcher and i know that the 2 RL wires (RL a and RL d) are to the motor but im not too sure which is positive and which is negative out of the remaining two (the nc and no wires). ive had a look on their website and they only have diagrams for the 4 way version so if anyone who has used these before could tell me it would be great help.

Try one way and if the motor isn't turning the right way, switch the wires around?
