    I almost certain that's Norman Lovett aka Holly from Red Dwarf. He normally sounds like that.

Robot Wars was the only other program to be internally advertised... during Red Dwarf night, shown on BBC2 in February 1998 to celebrate Red Dwarf's 10th anniversary.

    I recall the use of Mars (War of the Worlds)theme from the original advert. That must be one of the most taped adverts the BBC ever had.
