1) For 12v motors bought of the RoboChallenge site (http://www.robochallenge.co.uk/Events_a ... nical.html), what kind of speed controller would I need?
2) How would I make a pneumatic flipper?
3) What is a good pressure level for a featherweight flipper? Maybe 10 bar?

1. fine
2. try having a read through other threads, here is a good website about it aswell: http://www.teamdavinci.com/understanding_pneumatics.htm
3. start out with low pressure (10 bar) parts can be bought off the shelf and it is safer

i have trevor regulator, battleswitch and 50mm bore 100mm stroke ram for sale at the minuite
