Yeah, although doing it justice would be difficult.
You'd have to have two pneumatic rams to stay true to the heavy, but they would be a lot less powerful than one centrally-mounted big(ish) one similar to what a lot of featherweights now use. As a result, you'd have a Chaos 2 replica that would be expected to be the best in its class (like its daddy) yet would be upstaged by several other flippers.

But it would be cool nonetheless
