Not been made as far as I'm aware. Your best resource is probably this:

Click on a version to get more info; versions 1, 3, 4 and 5 all have a 'Construction' tab on their page that you can click on to see build pictures and so on. It should be straightforward enough to scale a robot up/down from all the details on there.

Roadblock, Diotior, Killertron, Cassius, Gemini, Bigger Brother, Firestorm...

The list can go on, as that's just a few big names that came to my head in a few seconds. There are no doubt some less well-known robots that could make effective featherweights, but it all depends if the person building it finds them interesting (or 'famous' enough) or not.
