Has anyone else had this issue and got round it? I've got a 16oz co2 tank with an on/off valve

what thread is on the paintball bottle?
Not exact the right tread, but 1/2bsp is very close to the normal paintball tank-valve tread.
A solution is to buy a seperate connector at the painball shop.
A Trevor is normaly equipped with a normal CO2 bottle-valve connecting nut. That is because most of the UK feathers with pneumatics use the 20 oz tanks with screw valve, less hassle , directly compatible with the big boys.
On the other hand, over here, on the main land, we mostly use standard paintball stuff, and bring our own filling hose to the events.
The thread size (I think) is 5/8-18UNF-2B. Apparently that is the standard for paintball tank?

Ah, ok. Anybody know the weight and dimensions of these 600g tanks that everyone uses?
Not everyone uses 600 gram bottles. We use 360 gram bottles in the Hannibalito's (weight full, 1080 grams)
A 600 gram bottle, if my notes are correct, is 270mm long, 85mm diameter and weights 1350 gram full.
Is that weight right? Not saying your wrong in the slightest but the 16oz tank I've got is around a kilo empty (with the pin valve)
On the 20oz/600gram one I'm not sure, don't have one of those handy to check.
The 360 gram/12 oz I'm confident. Otherwise I'm filling those wrong for about 7 years now
