Heavyweight ram wanted

We're after a ram for a heavyweight, High or low pressure doesn't matter which.

Looking for something at least 100mm bore, 200mm stroke 1/2 inch inlets preferred.

I have one but its a bit smaller. On a plate it says 3.25dia 8 stroke 1500psi.
