storm2 has a specialist esc but their batteries are only 36v a123 x 4 packs giving 9.2 amps, same as what i use except im on 32.4v ( 1 cell less) hmmmmmm maybe i could upgrade aswell !

terry, how much are your a123s discharged on an average fight? i was hoping i could get away with 2, 10 cell packs

Its not just a matter of how much capacity you have left, more packs means current available.

the cells i'm using have a continuous discharge of 30c so i'm hoping they'll be able to discharge enough current for 2 bosch 750's and a solenoid valve

It could be if it's built properly, but you would need to spend a lot of money on it.

This is all very much just a nice idea, with my build skill I highly doubt I could put it in practice but it's really a unusual concept thy if someone wants to build they are mor then welcome
