You'll need an adaptor and on/off valve -it is in the rules -, as pin valves have the disadvantage of opening the bottle when screwed in.

Easier solution is to buy a bottle with On/Off valve integrated.

The tread on that bottle is compatible with 1/2 BSP 14TPI, meaning you can easely buy parts that fit it.

Paintball shops look the best option.

But, straight from the rules.

9.6 Remote Isolation Valve
Gas cylinders that do not incorporate a valve (for example: the gas is released as soon as the cylinder is
screwed into it€Ÿs mating pneumatic connection) such as found on disposable welding bottles and €žfizzy
drinks€Ÿ machines must have an additional remote isolation valve accessible from outside of the robot.

Same difference, not an adaptor, but a full replacement of the valve then. Simple solution, ask the local paintball shop.
Other simple solution. PM me. But realise,I live in Belgium and P&P isn't nice.
