Fail safe for claws/lifter

Is the failsafe built into a receiver (when the recorder turns off, the while robot shuts down) so is there any additional things needed to get claws to be ok with all the rules?

A sharp edge protection, but otherwise its fine (presuming it is electrically driven).

Yes, electric actuator, I thought it would be fine but i was not 100% sure and since I'm buying all the parts I need before building I just wanted to be sure
