ok, so seeing as Matt isn't able to, I've uploaded a couple of pics of his robots.

Well one dont work and one kind of works

I have 4 that don't work and 1 that kind of works

I need one to be working in a month and it seems impossible

The only problem is that it turns a bit strangely when you want it to go straight? Impossible seems a bit dramatic for that

I have tried many things, and get my actuator working

Matt, you can see that those wheels aren't parallel, can't you?

Your problem is probably less to do with motor speeds & more to do with the fact that the wheels are fighting against each other.
