robochallenge already sell a 120mm wheel. Drumroll 2 uses a pair

No it doesn't :P
Not yet anyway, they're on my to-buy list.

As far as I am aware, the 120mm wheels are available with nut inserts, but they're not used anywhere near as much as 100mm nut insert wheels, so they may only be available made-to-order. Best bet would be to contact James or Grant if that is what you're after.

I have the to-scale CAD and i have changed it the only main difference is it its now wide and short not thin and long

Due to financial problems I am unable to continue work on the robot will be continued ASAP.
