We used Devcon Flexane 80 for our wheels but it is expensive and not so good so am going to try something cheaper next time http://www.mbfg.co.uk/category-143/3808.htmlThis looks like it would be ok. I made a mould for 4 wheels at once out of aluminium and after they set just turned it over then gave it a tap with a mallet and they fell out.
Pm sent Graeme
if i were to use a home made option how do i make it stick to the hub and not to the mould? and stop it doing the opposite?
cheers
right bit of bump but finally got the wheels sorted
£30 for the pair inc delivery

Kos,from Tough As Nails did cast his own PU wheels for his feather Firestarter (the people who have seen it will agree, the work in that thing is fenomenal).
His comment: expensive, but worth every cent.
