Bosch 35w motors

Just taken my bosch's apart to see why they failed at the uk champs;

Turns out the shaft is 8mm with a spline on the outside which is simply pushed into the nylon gear... and eventually this connection just wears out.

Im going to look into getting some brass gears machined.

If anyones interested in a set PM me.

Any more news on the brass gears? I need about 20 sets or more.

Nope, rang hpc and they told me to send them a sample of the nylon ones to copy, but then I put it back and forgot about it while I got on with other things.

If your after 20 sets it might be a better idea if you sort it out with them...order me a set while your at it lol

I've had a number of emails asking if I can source 'Brass Gears' for the 35w Bosch motors

Yes I can is the answer, would need to know how many I'm getting made, they tend to work out at about Â£13 each, but that depends on quantity.

If people want some, can they let me know ?
