    Ummm...

    BSP - British Standard Pipe threads are odd as far as sizing goes.

    A 1/4 Pneumatic Port would be a 1/4 BSP thread and actually measure 1/2

    The plastic / nylon tube to connect everything together will be metric and the size will refer to the actual measured Outside Diameter.

    Confused?

    The cylinder seems ok...it has 1/8 bsp ports and a 10mm x 1.25 pitch thread on the rod.

    The first cylinder linked to is probably a 6mm ( metric port )

    The 2nd gives specs ...

    Port Size: G1/4

    Heavy Duty Construction

    note the emphasis on HEAVY

    I have no idea what you mean by 1/4 copper wirer ??!!
