Why Hello There! A couple of questions here.

Hello,
I am in the planning stages of a featherweight, and have got a few things to ask you lot.

1) I'm presuming soda stream bottles aren't allowed anymore, so what sort of canister would I be looking at for a flipper in a featherweight?

2) Here's one my dad asked; If the blue wheels with nut inserts just screw onto drill motors, will they just fall off again after a little bit of moving around?

yes u can paint ball bottles and you locktight on and the lefthanded screw hols it in with washer and locktight etc

The wheels secure themselves onto the drills in the same way as the standard chuck you find on a drill. Basically two opposing threads (one left, one right) stop the wheel from unscrewing.
