not good for competitions unless the arena changes but would be awesome just to drive about and flip empty coke cans and stuff armour wise i wouldn't use 2mm steel, you'll struggle to get it in weight and it isn't that great. if i were you i'd use hdpe or polycarb, kookaburra uses 10mm hdpe (overkill) and 3mm checkerplate. to be honest checkerplate isn't very good seeing as it is made from very low grade aluminium but it looks awesome
