Pneumatic cylinder problem - Maelstrom

After blown Wotty this weekend we also found Maelstroms cylinder 'sleeve' got dented and thats what was jamming the flippers.
So we need to somehow find a new sleeve. Its 76mm internal bore with 5.76mm wall thickness and 255mm long Aluminium.
We think it must have been custom made and we had a quick check on web but cant find any obvious suppliers of suitable tube came close at 1/4 inch wall 76mm O/d).

The 'ram' itself is fine as well as the 'end caps' just the cylinder body itself is just a gnats widget out causing the bind. Tempted to maybe get it skimmed but then have the job of getting a decent seal on the piston which we need for up and down of ram to return flippers.

Apart from Kenny making us a new one anyone (! assuming he would) got any ideas / solutions /advice where we might get something close? Maybe fire extinguiser body could be machined down to form a new sleeve but not sure what size they come in internal diameter wise.

These people do a 3 1/2 O/D tube with 1/4 wall thicness, would that be close enough?

If it is a standard pneumatic cylinder then it would be covered by ISO 6431 standards or similar if my memory serves me, you should be able to buy a new part from any pneumatic cylinder supplier. On the cylinder there will be a code, this corresponds to the bore, stroke and cylinder type.
