If you want to get involved, the first thing you will need to do is make some stats. The Beginners Guide to Vapourbots explains how to do that, and then we can help with anything else if you need us.

A few people here use the CAD program Rhino, although I find that difficult to use. I personally use Google Sketchup which is free and easy to understand. Paint is absolutely fine as well, but Rhino and Sketchup are better for 3D models. Or of course you can give us a rough idea of what you want and several people will be willing to CAD a design for you.
