Heavyweight bits

Hello all,
I am currently testing the water on the topic of building a heavyweight, and I am therefore looking at getting some parts together. Since it is really just a test/first go, I don't want anything spectacular, just drive, no active weapon for now. I am looking for some motors suitable for a heavyweight, and that are cheap (or, dare I say it, free ). Does anyone have such things knocking about? I am also looking at speed controllers etc (and any other drive bits), so would be grateful for help on this as well.

I have some Bosch 400's and probably most of the bits to make a chain drive system.all new parts, open to sensible offers.
