The speedcontroller can handle 6 li-po cells whitout problems, and it has worked fine whit the bigger motor I have.

The thing is that I have to use a smaller motor now, but i had planned to use the old ESC instead of buying a new one...
Sorry if I described the question wrong. Or perhaps I just misunderstood the answer...?
