Are these any good for use with 9.6 - 12 volt drill motors

usually in this sport you get what you pay for and these controllers i believe are normally found in rc cars and that

suppose you could try them but i'd stick to something like a sabertooth or an scorpion controller yes way more expensive but like i said you get what you paid for

also it says it can take a max of 8 cells id imagine that nicad cells so 1.2 volt per cell 8 of these means a max of 9.6 volts and thats assuming the cells won't be charged past that voltage (which good cells are) in the end meaning you can run the 9.6v drills on the voltage front other thing to bear in mind and the 12v drills but you won't have max rpm
