i need a new voltmeter the one i have the fuses have gone and they are some ridiculously rated ones

so need one that works and is reliable plus second hand is not a problem????

money available i want to try and pay as little as possible hence why trying here instead of buying straight off

You can pick up a cheap multimeter in maplins for a fiver or off ebay for the same price
