TBH I can't quite see how BW flippers are ever going to be effective

As much as I would like to build a BW Explosion, the weight of a Burkert vavle makes it near impossible

180 is twise as small as your beetle , so less material less weight..

My components alone weighed more than 650g, let alone with a chassis and wiring.

I'll have to have a look at 180 when we have an event and see how you squeezed them all in.

took my lifter apart and made it into a thwack bot, all im saying is 75mm robochalange wheels, poundland hammer and some 12mm hdpe
