    Did customs give you any trouble?

    Probably best if you have a beetleweight, just to take it along. If the arena's there, the arena's there. If not, you could always just run in a small section of the RR arena between shows or something.

    Nope- never had any problems with customs when ordering via RMP... They send parcels labeled as toys or replacement toy components apparently...that way customs don't really bother checking

    Been having a play around withe Team Cosmos KE calculator;

    http://www.teamcosmos.com/ke/ke.shtml

    (Had to use IE and a Windows machine, nothing else would work!)

    And I get a calculation of about 6000 Foot Poundals and 280 Joules.

    Firstly these numbers are any thing but arbitrary to me, they mean nothing. Are they any good? Can someone give me some scale?

    Secondly I thought 1 Joule = 1 Newton-Meter but a foot pound is about 1.3 newton meters, which gives me a Joules calculation more like 8100?

    Confused!

    Poundals are a measure of force not torque (ft lb /s^2) so foot poundals are a measure of energy.
