I really like the refreshing pictures at the top, although there aren't many.

Is it worth setting up a system for people to submit photos for the banner? Everyone takes photos at events, there could be some good ones.
Just state how you need the photos (dimensions, format, etc) and let people provide the content.

Absolutely, there are some limitations though. The more images you have the more your computer has to download. Once you've been through the imageset once they'll be cached in your browser. But I think we could look at adding some more. I need to overlay the logo but other than that they just need to be 1050x180 pixels or larger.

I said in my last post that I wasn't too sure of the general new-ish look, but I've got used to it now and along with the clean-up, it's looking quite nice
Seems to be a wee bit more active as well.

Just noticed that the Username begins with: option in the members section isn't coming up with any options. Maybe its just my computer not liking it but might have gotten lost in the forum update somewhere.

Forums looking better kane -

One issue, just noticed in my build diary ;

viewtopic.php?f=240&t=4911

some of the lines of txt run on to wide and leave the edge of the page ... For example the word titanium runs of and it just displays tita .. im using internet explorer... does it display the same for you?
