Ok here is what i think.....

There should be yet another shake up of the FRA.

Personally the whole thing is too political. The EO's in my opinion should definatly have a vote on who they deem fit to be some kind of saftey officer. Not to implement rules or tell EO's what they should and shouldnt be doing but to communicate and go over saftey issues the EO's have. Its not brain surgery is it. There are 3 different types of arena with different saftey issues. Any saftey officer representing the FRA should communicate with all 3 EO's and communicate with the FRA all as a whole. Everything should be discussed.

Now to stand on a pedestal and get shot down................

Geoff has done very little in the form of a saftey officer. I havent seen him post on this forum for a long time. He is not eligable to go to all events. Also on saftey officer issues which are being discussed now i dont understand why Karoline is doing all the shouting and geoff is silent. The saftey officer issues are down to geoff so it is he that should respond to issues.

Its all gone breasts up.

There are 2 many chiefs and not enough indians.

its got to change.

Jenny in my opinion cant stand for president as Jenny cant attend all EO's events. John Bell has put himself forward for the position. So the maths are not difficult to work out there are they. So either open the polls again for president now or make John Bell the president.

Lets just get on with it and do something instead of sitting around on our bottoms waiting for someone else to do something.

That or make me President and i will get things moving no worries.
