I'll join in on the fun.
Most Original Design: I have to give this to All Bar One. Jordan did a lot of research to make it.
Best Design: Duh. With one of the best win/loss ratios in FanFic, I'll say Intriguous.
Most Overrated Vapourbot: I have to say Die-Reverta-Tops. Not a very effective redesign.
Most Underrated Vapourbot: Probably the Alexandra Sisters Series. It's just bad luck that they don't do as well as Kody wants.
Most Original Designer: Probably Jordan Brown. He puts a lot of classic design into his machines, and even though they haven't fought, they use ideas that nobody's used in quite a while.
Best Designer: Probably Steven McGregor. Though he's only made 2 new robots, all of his machines, including his old ones, have a very high pedigree.
Most Overrated Vapourboteer: I'll say AJ, though watch out for a new Forcepower coming soon...
Most Underrated Vapourboteer: Jack Orr. Though his robots are still a bit rough, he's managed to make a semi-final in my very screwed up VRW4, and I feel he can do more...
Most Improved Vapourboteer: Lian Walsh. With me helping him, his robots have become slightly better then before.
Sp00n of the Year: AJ with his return to drunkenly rambling on the ZED forum.
Best Sportsman: Lian Walsh. He actually accepted half his ROBOBASH!!! 2 entries were crud, and made tactics to prepare for their demise.
Best Render: Kody's render of Macduff the 5th.
Funniest Moment: TJS becomes a worthwhile FanFic writer in ACTILWI(Hey! I only wrote it. It's still funny).
Biggest Surprise of the Year: Around half of the vapourboteers suddenly disappear, but slowly start to come back.
Best House Robot: Samuel Park's King Arthur.
Best Arena: Team Zlayerz' Battlegrounds 2.0.
Best Comedy Bot: Spring-BOK!
Best Clusterbot: If I'm correct, only the Alexandra Sisters fought in 2009, so I'll vote for them.
Best Interchangeable Robot:
Best Rammer: A split vote between Exertion and Do or Die.
Best Walker: Absolution, even though Kody rarely uses it.
Best Shuffler: I think Whirligig 4.5 fought this year...
Best Tracked: Darkestar fought this year.
Best Front Hinged Flipper: Gabriel V.
Best Rear Hinged Flipper: I'll go out on a limb here and say Eternia.
Best Axe: Intriguous.
Best Horizontal Spinner: The only one I can think of: Eye of Ran II.
Best Vertical Spinner: Still Hurting.
Best Saw: Spin Dash Unleashed.
Best Full Body Spinner / Ring Spinner / Translational Spinner: I'll be crazy and say the featherweight MBX. That annoying little thing ripped through practically all of its opponents...
Best Horizontal Crusher: The axlebot Under Pressure.
Best Vertical Crusher: Holepunch 2.0.
Most Effective Weapon: The MDU Series, which destroyed at least half of the robots it faced.
Best RPG: Kody is slow at updating his, and Lian's been updated later, so I'll say Robot Wars vs Battlebots.
Best Battle: Megaroll II vs Raven the 4th. I got destroyed, and it shows what an 800kj spinner can do even to a modern robot.
Best New Writer: Lian's the only new writer besides me, so I'll say Lian Walsh.
Best New Tournament: Does this mean like a new Tourney or a new series of tournies? If a series, I'll say Crazy Bots Series 1(The Remake), and if just a new tourney, I'll say the Crash & Burn MTOD 3.
Best Writer: Probably Steven McGregor, who showed that he still has what it takes.
Best Minor Tournament (< 48 robots): PTT: Regeneration.
Best Major Tournament (> 48 robots): ROBOBASH!!! 2.
Best Team: Team DETROIT ROCK CITY aka Team Lunch at Quarter to Eight aka Team ???.
Best New Vapourbot: Series or robot? If series, I'll say Frustum. If vapour, Intriguous.
Best New Vapourboteer: Jordan Brown.
Best Vapourboteer: Break a vote between Kody Kunz and Steven McGregor.
Best Vapourbot: The MDU Series.
Vapourboteer Hall of Fame: Kody Kunz, so his ego will explode :P . Just joking of course, but seriously, Kody needs to be in there.
Vapourbot Hall of Fame: My 3 votes are The MDU Series, The Crashing Bore(was planned to be a real robot but there was no proof it was real), and The Intrigue Series, mainly due to its major success.
