Who wants to see Chaos 2 vs Tornado again? Meh...

From what I can tell, I have 1 more hp then he does, but he has tough armour. But seeing as I have a flipper, that doesn't really matter. I'll get around to the side and flip like there's no tomorrow. I'll flip him and push him over to a wall. I will use my flipper to flip him OOTA. If I can't get him OOTA on my first 2 tries, I'll shove him into a CPZ and then open the pit. Try to pit him, and if that doesn't work, go for the OOTA again. If he shoves me into a CPZ, exit as soon as possible. Dispose of the house robots after defeating Shadow Zone Forever.

Right then. SZF has beaten all sorts of bots before. Not being arrogant, just saying experience will come into play here. Since this guy has a flipper, I'll again use the invertible scoop instead of the regular one in front, and will conserve the flipper for self-righting. However, I'll be relying mostly on the flipper end of SZF for ramming as it can quite easily sneak under wedges, skirts, etc due to its pointy front and weight at the bottom, the scoop is there so I'm not totally helpless when inverted, but I'll still self-right when needed.

So that's my defensive strategy, if I can call it that, worked out. Now, as for going on the attack...

Bandwagon has a flipper. Big shock; I have one too. Oh my. Anyway, I am not sure if Bandwagon is invertible, as I haven't checked the stats too well and am kinda busy at the moment to do so. If it is, simply push it around into house robots or pit, and don't use the flipper offensively. If Bandwagon isn't invertible, use above tactic til it runs out of flips (misfires count too), and then flip it over and wait for the count out.

In short: Open the pit, get it down.

I'd wish Mark good luck, but somehow I don't believe luck is going to come into this. :P

REVISED TACTICS:

Pretty much the same as my old tactics, except for me avoiding his flipper end as much as possible. There's a spot where I can get into the side underneath the flipper, so that's where I'll aim to get under. If that doesn't work, I'll just aim to get under the sides. If tries to ram me into the wall, use the driving experience I have to get away at the last moment to (Hopefully) make him ram himself into the wall.

Also, if it goes to a judges' decision, and my tactics are successful, I'll win the aggression and control categories at least. The damage category isn't a factor, as if house robot damage counts, I'll have suffered less damage. He'll probably win the style category, since his robot is very stylish, but that puts me through on a 2-1 judges' decision, winning me my first ever tourney.

As said before, since this fight is totally up to Lian, he'll decide, but I think I'll win.

bandwagon 3 vs shadow zone forever

the house robots are since its the final

shunt, battleaxe, dead metal, major damage, sir killalot, mr psyhco and growler

3 2 1 ACTIVATE

b3 gets this final underway by rushing in on szf and flipping it over, now szf runs away to hit the pit release button but
it had to get through shunt and battleaxe to hit it, now it goes after b3 but b3 flips it again, now it drives them to the
wall and flips but szf survives and pushes b3 across the arena and towards the flame pit but b3 gets away and flips szf
into the path of battle axe who grabs them with his claws and hits away with the axe, now shunt joins in the fun as b3
is sitting and waiting as szf gets out but straight into the path of b3, who launches them straight back into shunt and
battleaxe who are caught by suprise and HAHAHAHAHAHAHA shunt has driven down the pit, as szf comes out of the ppz
and slams b3 into the wall and drags it back to try and dump it into the pit but b3 gets away into the ppz and is cornerd
by major damage but b3 bravely lifts it up and drops it and gets out and flips szf 8ft into the air and smack back down
and it seems that only 3 wheels are working in szf, its the front one on the left hand side, now b3 pushes szf onto the
flame pit, the reactions from the booth when szf went flying they were both in shock but now szf can still move in all
directons but not smoothly as it gets under b3 and desperatly tries to dump it down the pit but b3 keeps on foiling every
attempt to do so, now b3 pushes szf into the ppz and goes to flip them out but the gap in szf's wheel has caught on
sir killalots lance, who now proceeds to spin them round and round and flings them across the arena onto the flame pit
it looks like b3 is not moving, nor is szf, they are both dead it seems, now the refbot comes into count them out
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 but b3 and szf start moving again as b3 flips szf up 4ft into the air, but szf powerslams b3 into the
wall

kody: very gutted but oh well thats how life goes, (shakes marks hand) well done mate on winning your 1st ever

just to let you know bandwagon 3 won because shadow zone forever had its wheel damaged and disabled
making it swing the decision by 1 point, if that didnt happen shadow zone forever would have won by 1 point

but hey tomorrow the feathers will fight to the death so you can still pick up a trophy :wink:
