I did take your advice (believe it or not) and run it through the Hassocks Hogs calculator. If you pm me your email I'll send it across so you can have a check.

That said theory is never as good as practice so any experience is good to show any inaccuracies in the calculator.

The issue is really improvement of where we are currently with Hydra. Anything is better than nothing but it'll be as good as we can make it.

The axe is the 300mm cylinder which just from an ease of upgrade issue and is best kept the same size to avoid needing to fully redesign and rebuild it.

The flipper is a total redesign of the flipper arm and orientation of the ram etc etc to make it more efficient. It may end up as a more effective lifter at 63mm but at least we'd be incluned to use it unlike the current one which was fired twice at Portsmouth and did nothing either time!!
