If I could grab Gravity and Tough as Nails could grab Robochicken, then I can grab Magnitude. It'll be trickier, of course, but most certainly possible. Try and aim for the sides and (ideally) rear, avoiding the tusk in case Joey does get my wheels off the ground. If I can coax its flipper open and clamp Magnitude before it can reset, so much the better. From there, push it into the Pit Release (I'd rather not open it alone in case he charges behind me and throws me out the ring) and dump it down the hole ASAP. His tracks will make it awkward, but if I've clamped it sideways, I should be able to get the upper hand.
