1mm thick discs? surely those would buckle cutting hardox?

No use them all the time on hardox and ti etc
have cut up to 10mm Ti no probs

yep great cuts nice and neat. got a few from work to try best ones ive tryed so thats what i use now. used these to cut the claw out for dragonsclaw.

Yes indeed the Eng-Weld 1mm does hardox with ease. I get the discs from a sheet metalwork place i am friends with (dynamica). When i first used then i thought the disc would snag and shatter but they are quite robust and havent broke one yet. I do take my time tho and you get a neat straight cut. I wont use any other now i have used Eng-Weld.
