I milled the top on the solenoid valve to neaten it up a bit.

The Internals of the valve have changed alot so hopefully the robot works alot better now.
I dont have any pictures of the robot from when it was built up and driving before the minor accident it had. But here is how the bulkheads and system sat before its self destruction.
Here are the new bulkheads.

The new bulkheads may require a bit of machining to reduce the weight of them,
Here are the new bulkheads in comparison the the old ones.
I will try post more pictures tomorrow if I make any progress.
How powerful is Flow!? Can't believe it ripped apart it's bulkheads like that. Looking forward to seeing it in action.

How do you plan on transferring drive from the pulley to anything else? I've got a similar problem where my bearing takes up all the 'meat' off the boss, so there are little mounting options.
Flows power depends on the pressure I run it at and also I can restrict the flow now.
As for The Gimps pulley mounting, Theres room in that pulley for fixings. It bolts directly to the robots shell.

Made a new pin for the arm to pivot on and fixed the arm in place.

Fixed baseplate to the bulkheads and fitted the drive system and battery box
Ill upload a few pictures when I have done a little more. Got to take the system out and drill the buffer tank for another pneumatic fitting. The system is going to be pretty trick when its done. When you see all the plumbing in this robot you will be thinking WTF?
the depressing part is that i have to fight this
