i can see why people are annoyed, i do wonder why the event is being held alongside the drag racing though, i think we would be doing silverline a favour as without the robot event, they wouldnt get as many entries. im just glad their is a full combat fw arena on the scene, if i had to pay £50 a year to use this arena, i would be happy to pay it, as i imagine the costs of fabricating and maintaining a full combat arena must be higher, but also as it is the only time to get into a full combat arena. But im not really 100 % happy building something i dont wanna build or have little interest in, know nothing about, or have the time to build tbh, i would rather just pay a fee, Im doing it simply because i want to use their arena, and you never know i may enjoy the drag racing. :wink:

the same as if another eo said they would build a full combat arena providing we would pay an annual fee for the privileage of using it,I would be happy to pay it.
but i do sympathize with anyone on a tight budget/low income.
whenever i have been to a event i havent had to pay to enter,Robochallenge,RL or RR events, trophies,my wife and daughter have had free entry to walk around the space centre and so on.... free food, upclose pics of razer, terrohurtz etc... to meet the guys from the tv days, free drinks, and prize money at the end, cant be bad really.. thats why i have always gone out my way to help pack/tidy up.... usually only when i havent had to leave early!
