tom, their s a few places to get them cornwall models is one that springs to mind, they all charge £20 each pretty much, i think they are too close to the disk motors, and when impacting the disk motors are hitting the drive motors. this never happened when it had 2 teeth, but did it too me once on single tooth, thought it was a one off tbh as it didnt do it again, but when you said it happened to you it makes me wonder. its a basic brive system on it (built by mario) so its the only thing i think can cause it. if you remove one of the motors has it got a small inprint/dent on the side of the casing where the motors sit closest together (disk and drive?)


easy to sort though if you remove the bottom plate, cut and reweld the bottom support further away it would cure it.
