Robot for advertising

If you were making an advertising robot that could be run in public. so it could be driven in say a shopping center. to advertise for instance a robot event.

What would you make?
How big or small?
What should it do?
How fast or slow must it go?
What if any legislation and safety requirements are to be satisfied?

I am thinking in the future I would like to make something like this but I was wondering what people think.
