those are used alot in heli kits i believe from my reserch

Too powerful for our use because their signal strength is 8 times the maximum allowed in Europe.

The spec list the RF power as less than 0.8 watt, they dont say what the ERP is, RF power to the antenna is not the same thing as radiated power.

Then the ERP is even worse due to the gain. The smallest 2.4GHz antenna I know of is 7dbi.

My mistake, smallest is 2 dBi, which means 0.77W ERP. Still too much.

Maybe if we give them enough interest they will supply a European Version, but I still suspect that the power output is incorrect as I was under the impression that 100mW was also the max in the US as well.
