First of all an email has been sent to those who originally received the email from Andy.

The Unsafe events he is referring to are small demonstration events we hold at the Expo and Memorabilia exhibitions, held at the NEC, Telford International Centre and London Excel. These are ran in a small arena using invited robots to perform almost scripted fights. These events have never been associated with the FRA (hence never being posted on the FRA Forum). We thought that the issues with these events had been sorted and are there unsure why the are still being called unsafe.

Robots Live were accused of using the Trademark Robot Wars on an events listing website, this issue we thought had been dealt with, although Andy seems to think that we have tried to land the FRA in some sort of legal trouble with the trademark owners.

Its a shame that Andy has felt the need to act in the way and not get in touch with us beforehand, and the roboteers shouldnt be dragged into this sort of thing.
