I know youd love to say that because the texture makes it look like the scoop is warped, Joey, but its not. So nice try. :P

Anyway, Ill be using the invertible scoop (so that wont happen anyway :P) mentioned in the stats, since he has a flipper and vertical disc. Simply put, just keeping ramming him. If I get a chance, stop the disc and use the rear flipper to flip him over before he gets the disc going again, then get him down the pit during the slow time it takes for him to self-right. Im not worried about the disc at all, really, since as my armour is thick and secure, and I run pretty much the same both ways up excluding the flipper. And oh yeah, if I need to, self-right if I get flipped.

Tactics:

THE HURTING vs. Shadow Zone Forever

Start in reverse, with the wedge/flipper facing Shadow Zone, and ram/flip it as and when I can, using the disc mainly just to store the energy for the weapon (and therefore keeping it out the way of its attacks) but if I get the chance have a quick pop at it and turn the wedge to face it before it can counterattack. Try and aim my attacks towards the side walls or the pit, and get it out or down.

DRIVE vs. Damn You Wee Rammer

Im only predicting for the weight classes Ive entered in, because they are the most relevant ones to me

Heavyweights:

Nitro-Gene 5.0 vs. Fling: I seem to remember about a leaf-spring vapourbot from a few years back - Intensity. It was considered to be a great robot, but I remember its ONE achilles heel was that once fired, the flipper takes a LONG time to crack back. On the other hand, the main advantages of Nitrogen, is that...
1. Its a VERY compressed gas, giving it more power than CO2, Air and Electrically Powered Flippers (Like Fling)
2. Nitrogen doesnt freeze - once it flips, it doesnt get stuck (unlike Fling, which will take an ice-age to get back to flipping position)

Tactics here are to ram into the sides of him - he doesnt have skirts to protect his 2cm clearance, but I have skirts to protect my 1cm clearance on sides/rear. Ram him, push him to the edge, and FA-LIP! 1600kg of Nitrogen force will toss him out!
