BTU and standoffs

Hi all

Looking for a btu ball bearing transferal unit, and some M5 15mm high standoffs having real trouble trying to find them on the net

So what sizes can you get?

5mm long ? ...screw 3 together.... 8mm long ? screw 2 together im sure the extra 1mm wont matter.
