Were looking for a cheapish regulator that we could use to eliminate to need for a buffer tank.
Anyone got one?

I doubt youll be able to find a regulator to provide the flow rate you require at a reasonable price , size and weight......this is the reason we all use buffer tanks.

You didnt spec the size of bot.
I have however a large reg ... weight 2.6kg.. inlet 3,500 psi max ...outlet 100 - 750 psi....3/8 bsp ports but flow rate unknown.
its a heavy. we want it ccos we would like to get rid of the bufferthank, i know theyre gonna be expensive though...
Id not even bother looking James....stick with the buffer tank.
BTW..The reg I mentioned is spare... supposedly new ...its sits doing nowt and Ive never tried it.

Heres a link to a reg that MIGHT be suitable depends on your flow and pressure requirements.
