Custom work requires specifications Ben, which in turn determines the price. 8cm wheels made out of titanium are gonna cost more than 8cm wheels made out of HDPE. Other various pieces of information people would need to estimate a price include width, thickness, bore size etc

All these variables will affect the price one way or another
