You kinda using the steel ladder chassis in a fashion that its something new or special. In the end, its a chassis, regardless of construction technique. Ladder & Space frames are used in bots quiet a lot, but in the end, they are all coined under the same name, chassis. Storm 2 uses a ladder chassis, Warhead uses space frame, Firestorm uses monocoque.

If you have a sectional frame with armor bolted on, its a chassis, if your armor is all welded together to form the body, its a monocoque :P
