IF your sure its a scam ...report them to Ebay ...their account will be closed ...if the account is closed they cant leave feedback

Als Hobbies have none of these left on line. That said at my local branch they have stacks of the Mod 1 version. These are going for Â£69.95 with servos and stuff (not sure why it should be different between branches).

The spring can be transferred across to the other side so itll work like normal. If you want one, let me know and Ill try and get one down to you at Guilford or I can post it.

They are changing mine to mode 2 for me

Guys, switching from mode 1 to mode 2 involves more than just moving the spring over. all the software has to be revised for mode 2 as well. Mixing, dual rate, exponential settings, servo reverse, all is affected when you do this. This can be done By Horizon Hobbies and Graupner if your TX is still under warranty. There are also some tutorials on the internet to be found on how to do this yourself but then warranty is of course void.
