Sithis v Whirligig 4.5 v Axe-o-Lotl

In the red square.... SITHIS! Sithis is an invertible ring spinner that has wheels, unlike its opponent Whirligig. Also its spinner weighs 20kg and can deal out 80Kj of power on impact, but that€™s not as much as Whirligig. This robot competed in ETC08, and did quite well, helping Flick of the Wrist take out Robochicken in round one, but it fell foul of the eventual runner-up Calm Down Dear (It€™s Only a Robot) in the second round.

In the blue square... WHIRLIGIG 4.5! Another invertible ring spinner, but this one uses shuffle pads instead of wheels. It was a Robot SMASH!! Finalist, and reached round 2 of ETC08, losing to Behemoth, who€™s titanium scoop couldn€™t be trashed.

In the green square... AXE-O-LOTL! The only newcomer to ETC in this battle, Axe-o-Lotl is as powerful as Storm II, but also has an axe like that of Dominator II. It is shaped like Comengetorix, and has 3.25mm hardox armour with interchangeable black and pink panels.

Bugs Bunny let the Botles feel his fury in the last mayhem, so he€™s back in for this mayhem, accompanied by Roger Rabbit.

ACTIVATE!

The macrolon fences disappear, revealing the horrific creations in tonight€™s mayhem! The ring spinners both spin up quickly, while Axe-o-Lotl manoeuvres off the starting square with great caution, perhaps eyeing up his opponents? But its Whirligig that draws first blood, heading towards Sithis!
CRASH!
The two ring spinners meet head on, and Sithis is sent flying across the arena while Whirligig hardly budges! Those shuffle pads have paid off, but they€™re exposed to attacks from above and we see this now as Chris takes the opportunity of Whirly€™s momentary stillness to come in on the attack, ramming Steven onto the Killsaws and striking the face of Whirligig with his axe! BZZT! One of Whirly€™s pads may have been damaged from the saws, but they€™ll take more damage now as Axe-o-Lotl€™s second blow buries the axe head into the shuffle pad! Steven gasps in horror, and things can only get worse now as Sithis comes speeding in from behind!
CRASH!
Axe-o-Lotl€™s axe is knocked out of the shuffle pad, and some of Whirly€™s blades are scattered over the arena, torn off by Sithis€™ attack! And now Whirly is just moving in circles, so the house robots come in for a look! BZZT! Roger nudges Whirly onto the Killsaws again, and the crowd scream as the ring spinner is thrown into the air, only to be plucked out of the sky by Bugs, who holds Steven aloft in his claw! Roger Rabbit presses the pit release button and Bugs carries Steven to his death, he€™s down and out due to those damaged shuffle pads, so why not add insult to injury! Whirly plunges into the pit, along with Steven€™s hopes of a place in the annihilator!
Meanwhile Axe-o-Lotl and Sithis haven€™t been neglecting their duties of smashing each other up and are locked in intense combat, Sithis running away and slamming into Mr. Mason€™s machine, only to get clobbered by that powerful axe! And Chris seems to be on top now, as Axe-o-Lotl clamps Sithis with the axe and rams it onto the Killsaws! BZZT! Sithis is thrown away, but spins up again and slams into Axe-o-Lotl!
CRASH!
Chris is spun away, and suddenly Axe-o-Lotl is venting gas- the co2 supply has been ruptured! Danny grins and comes in for another onslaught!
CRASH!
Axe-0-Lotl is hit so hard that it flies onto the Killsaws again, and is flipped over with a loud BZZT! Axe-o-Lotl is most certainly out for the count with no srimech to right itself and Sithis does a victory spin as Roger Rabbit pushes Axe-o-Lotl across the arena and into the chasm, where it falls on top of the already beaten Whirligig!

CEASE!

Whirligig needs some aspirin and Axe-o-Lotl is extinct, Sithis goes through to the annihilator!
